Project Payments and Deposits

·         Refunds for project payments may be considered only if the project is canceled before work begins and at the discretion of Total Scope Construction Management.

Changes and Adjustments

·         If changes are requested after project work has begun, additional costs may apply.

·         Refunds for work already completed are not available once construction has started.
